There is no set of rules that says that a Christian cannot be a witch. It sounds obsurd, but I have know a few and they have no trouble encompassing rituals that call upon God and Jesus. So sorry to burst the bubbles of many of you. As for you "Christian" Christians, get a life. You are so busy p'ssing off your followers who want straight answers that you can't give that they are leaving your religion in droves and coming over to a very loving and understanding religion like Wicca.

Being a witch does not mean that you are worshipping another deity. There are plenty of witches that do not consider their chosen path of witchcraft a religion. This is especially true with traditional crafts. You can also be wiccan and not believe any deities. It's all up to you.
It's unfortunate here that so many seem to think of witches as "rebelious" and "evil"
The craft has existed for such a long time. It's not just about wicked women or wild teenagers "dabbling" in the unknown.
There is so much more to it than that. It's about respecting everything around you and knowing your surroundings (nature, everything) like you know yourself.
Besides, Christians, what you are forgetting is, people of all paths can do evil. Your religion and way of life... It's what you make of it.

A Christian would treat a "Christian witch" as who she is: someone who needs to have the gospel more carefully explained to her. My point, of course, is that as one who well knows both Christianity and Wicca that there is no such thing as a "Christian Witch." A person is either one or the other--almost always the Wicca with the "Christian" label stuck on to score points with I-don't-know-whom. I would ask you to not use that label, however, as it is only misleading.
A "Christian" is a follower of Jesus Christ. The followers of Jesus Christ burned their witchcraft books, despite the monetary loss, because they realized they were useless and worse.
While I can apologize for some "Christians" treatment of witches in the past, I don't think they were Christians either. If they were, they certainly weren't obeying their Lord.

I'm not a Christian witch, but I'm kind of surprised at the number of people here who apparently haven't heard of the various Christo-Pagan movements. I'm Catholic, and have been hearing about this stuff for years.
Just because you disagree with something doesn't mean that it doesn't exist.

First of all there is no such thing as a Christian witch. If you were a witch that has forsaken your ways and accepted Jesus Christ has your Lord and Savior then you are no longer a witch but are a Christian. Understand the truth please. God bless you and have a great day. I plead the blood of Jesus over your life.
