No it won't. I'm assuming that one of your arms is broken? Most doctors say not to exercise the good arm because the broken one will be weak when the cast comes off and you don't want a huge discrepency in your arm strengths. Same goes for your legs. If you're going to exercise, work on both arms.

No, if you only exercise one arm, overtime your arm will be bigger than the other and you will look weird.

No, you have to exercise both arms if you want equal development.
