I think every woman should have the right to choose. I understand the position that people hold saying that it is ending the life of a person, but you have to consider the quality of life that person may have lived and his or her mother's life. I personally would never get an abortion unless I were raped. I hope that I never have a child with someone that I wouldn't want to be with. That's why I'm careful with my sexual partners. I've seen friends go through the process of giving their newborns away to adopt, and I think that can be just as traumatizing as an abortion operation.
Keeping the baby to me is the best answer. Don't create life if you're not ready to care for it. That's the answer to the problem. We should look to that rather than a solution to a negative consequence.

everyone has an opinion and some are agreeable and others are quesitoned....
mine about abortion is that if you didnt want to have a baby you should have used protection and still then there is a chance that you might be that .1% that has a baby so thats why i recommend that ppl use more than one thing to help prevent...
if you think about it abortion is murder. that baby could have had a name or could have become something that would have helped our society they could have been nothing but still a human

Pro-choice.
Although I would never get one myself, I would never stand in the way of someone else making the decision to get an abortion. That would mean I consider my views above theirs and I'm not going to live their life for them.
When I can afford to pay for someone else's child, then I have the right to make them have it and give it to me to raise and love. Until then, the right thing for me to do is control what I can ---which is--MY own life and not everyone else's.

Right to life. Why should it be okay to kill an innocent baby just because the parents decided they were going to have sex, but then they didn't want the baby? That's why adoption was invented!

i understand some people have to get abortions. but they're killing an innocent. someone who could do so much in our world. someone who can live such a happy life. make someone else happy. live. laugh. love. be happy. sad. etc.
even if you can raise a kid or if it were conceived from a rape. i wouldnt give it up for abortion. i'd at least put the baby in an adoption agency or what ever. if i were to get pregnant from rape ---i dont believe in pre-marital sex-- then i'd still keep the baby. although im only 14.. if God forbid -- i were to get pregnant from being rape then i wouldn't kill it or put him//her up for adoption. the baby's still mine. it doesnt matter to me if the baby were conceived by a rapist. its still my baby and i'd still love it as if it were concieved my my love. :]

And we should also eliminate any child that is not whole, has a crippling disease, mental retardation, mental illness, deformity. Then we'll get all those that don't agree with us. Where will it end??
