This could be a sign of diabetes. Find out quickly if your family has a history of diabetes. One positive answer will do it. Avoid rice, and eat plenty of vegetables from now on. Avoid sweets, anything that has sugar in it is your poison. Even non diabetics should avoid too much carbohydrates and cakes and ice cream, no matter what they say on their advertisments. Avoid animal fats and oily foods. Exercise a lot - walking - jogging - stretching, hot bath, tennis, basketball, anything that could make you sweat. See a doctor though first. Look likes your diabetes is hypoglycemia kind where your sugar goes down instead of up. Always have something sweet handy in your purse. Common diabetes that i know is hyperglycemia - where sugar in the blood goes high.

You could be pregnant even if you have gotten your period. My cousin and another girl I know both got their "periods"
for the first three months of their pregnancies. Take a test. Or just go to a doctor and see if you have a urinary tract problem.

Not that I'm making any kind of diagnosis, but "peeing a lot" or polyuria, can be a sign of diabetes...also, the nausea and having to eat a granola bar makes me think your blood sugar may not be well-controlled...just something to think about. I would go to the doctor.

Maybe you should go see a doctor, you could have an underlying medical condition, such as adolescent onset diabetes. Or it could be nothing, but a doctor can give you peace of mind.

My first guess here is you're diabetic. Get tested immediately.
Beyond that I'd say you could be hypoglycemic, don't have a balanced diet or have some sort of diuretic in your diet. Do you drink coffee?
