find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I would keep it simple as well. Right now, I am exercising 4 - 5 days a week, not eating after 6-7pm and I do 30-40min of cardio on my eliptical and just sweat.....right now been doing it for over one month and it's showing. I also drink green tea w/lemon. I do NOT deprive myself from the things I like as well.
Hey marie, you answered my question about disneyland tix , can you tell me how to or where to find online this celebrity orientation?

I keep it simple. I watch what I eat, my serving size, and exercise everyday 30-60mins. I've lost 38lbs in a year so far. I personally don't believe in diets. What works for some people will not work for everyone. You have to find foods that are good for you that you enjoy eating. You have to find exercise that you enjoy doing. I love to dance so I bought dancing exercise videos. I do that most of the time and I look forward to it because I love.
