find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I have lost over 20 pounds in the last 5 weeks with a program called ISAGENIX. It is a guranteed healthy program with many "famous" people endorsing it. I just know I feel better and have lost that (age 55) "slug feeling". Still staying on the program and going to lose another 20-30 pounds. It is an awesome program. Check it out

I'm sure it's possible but not nearly healthy by ANY means. The experts say 2 pounds a week is about the healthiest. Also if you need to work out to really lose weight but remember you will gain weight because muscle mass weighs more. PLEASE do not use diet pills, they are the worst for you and really injure your body. If you cared at all about your health you would be more concerned about losing weight healthily rather than quickly. Take care!

Yes, it is. I lost 25 pounds in one month doing LA Weightloss. I was only eating about 1800 calories a day. Eat lots of veggies because they fill you up and don't have a lot of calories. Also drink lots of water. It fills you up fast too.

Nutrisystem. The food is decent, but if you follow the play you can lose like 15-20 lbs in two months. By the 3rd week I wanted to kill myself though.

That would mean losing over 3 lbs a week. Low calorie diet and lots of exercise might do it, but not likely.

yes it is. jus eat a low fat,sugar,carb n sodium diet and portion your food and excercise a minimum of 30 min a day. it works trust me. you can loose up to 5 pounds in a week if folloe diet and excercise 4 @least an hr a day

First off that is NOT healthy.. you could make yourself very ill.. but if you need ta see a doc for help! OR eat just ice and popsicles.. that is what I did.. it worked

totally you can but its too important to maintain a balance between eating healthy and exercises you can start jogging or running( running its better) for 30 minutes . lots of water ITS TOO IMPORTANT, but never make this an obession !!! and just try to make it
