ignore her. as much as you r sick of hearing everyone tell you that, it really works. as long as she knows that she is annoying you, she will keep doing it. trust me, i have one

How little? Why dont you ask her if she wants to play something. She probably just wants some attention from her big sister. When I was younger I would always do anything to get my big brothers attention so he would play with me when he was with his friends.
