I can tell that you are confused. I have read over your stuff three time and I still have no idea what you are saying.

I do know that when you are between 16 and 22 there are times that you just don't know which way is up, or any other direction. You are starting to strike out on your own and make thoughts and decision for yourself and you find out that the world isn't really an easy place. You naturally gravitate towards your parents because they have been there all your life, but now it is different and you just don't know what to do. Relax and just talk things out. Talking is much safer than acting and you will see that things will sort themselves out.

A psychologist/counselor won't think you're crazy. I have gone to a counselor several times before in my past, once when i was a child, and once when I was trying to save my marriage (didn't work, but not the counselor's fault). A counselor can help you tremendously, and they aren't there to judge. They're there to listen and help you. If you have big issues, I would suggest you take your doctor's opinion and go see a counselor. What's the worst that can happen? You waste an hour or so of your time....

I am presently going to a mental health clinic , and if I can go at 59 - you shouldnt be worried about going at your age. Sometimes we need someone elses perspective on things, and sometimes we just need to be able to talk "out loud" and know that some one is listening. I really believe that ANYTIME you are having some emotional problems is the right time to seek help. I wish you well

Any decent therapist will listen to both sides and not make judgment calls until YOU have told him everything. A good therapist builds a relationship based on trust and respect. Your therapist is not there to call you crazy. You are not crazy because you have life issues.. your human. I have gone to therapy as an adult (I'm 27) and having had a few bad therapists, you need to shop around and ask whatever questions you need to ask..

Listen, I am 29yrs old and I still talk about my family issues.. and will until I die. Since you are 19 get your own place. No matter how old you are you will never be right in their home... So be right in yo own....

Of course. You love them. They will always be your parents. No matter how old you are, you will have a relationship with them and should care.

i think its good because you may be overthinking the problems. sounds like you are overthinking the therapy session. its not a bad thing if it helps you clear your mind of negativity.
