Four things will make a huge difference: cardio, healthy diet, lat pull downs, and tricep work.

Cardio: Start with 20-30 minutes a day in your target aerobic zone (220-your age x 70-85%). If you're standing up for the cardio, or using your legs, that may be all the leg work you need. If not, add a few squats.
Healthy diet: a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, lean proteins, whole grains, water, non-fat dairy.
Lat pull downs 3 sets of 12 repetitions at the highest weight you can do with good form (shoulders down, moving smoothly)
tricep dips, tricep extension, 3 sets of 12 reps each

Keep it up and the back fat, and arms and thighs will firm up big time!

there is no way we can choose which body parts to lose the weight off - it just has to be overall weight loss.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)
