End of the month when they are trying to hit sales goals is a great time...right down to the last minute for bargains. Same thing for end of the year or holidays...no one's shopping for cars on holidays so they're hungry and when new models come in...they want to clear the old stock out. This is when most incentives come out but you're buying last years model...should be a very steep discount. Paul
