Cardio! Run, do the elliptical, swim, etc. for 30-60 minutes every day (or less if you want, but no less than 4 days a week), and the fat will melt right off!

i have been working a program with ISAGENIX for the past 5 weeks. I have lost over 20 pounds and feel great. I am 55 and felt like a "slug". So am so excited. I plan to lose 20 -30 more pounds. And the only exercise I have been doing is walking the dog about a mile 1-3 times a week. This program is great.

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

U should take a run a swim and a bike ride every day but the thing is you shouldn't starve yourself because food gives you energy and energy gives you strength.Diets are not the thing u should do.So at least try this for a week and if you don't like it then do what u have been doing.
