I never liked breakfast when I was little but then I learned it was that I didn't like breakfast foods. Try giving her soup or something you know that she likes. Don't let her eat too much or right before bed. Make sure she gets exercise and eats healthy. But also she might grow out of it. I was over weight when I was little but then I hit a growth spurt and didn't put on weight and now I am very healthy.

breakfast is a starter meal not a weight loss meal.....for your daughter and 72% of Americans the one and only one safe [healthy] way to loss weight is to use up more energy then we take in......if we eat 5000 cals per day and only use 2500 of them where do you think the other 2500 go?...in our hip bank....our bodies store unused cals....so therefore to maintain or lose weight the healthy way we must use that day what we have taken in.....period......and please parents never say to your daughters that they are fat....please......love them and help them more then you would your best friend....for their sake......be safe and have a nice day
