A healthy diet of veggies/fruits/ low in fats/cholesterol, regular excercise, abstainence from smoking, alcohol in moderation, regular physical exams, reduction in stress, laughing, and good genes.

Stop ageing,ask your parents and grand parents not to have diabetes& hypertension,have sex frequently,don`t eat fats, eat only fiber,don`t smoke, exercise regularly and as a further extra precaution use low doses of nitrates,beta blockers,aspirin and a diuretic.If you are a female don`t reach menopause.
To err on the safe side undergo a prophylactic "coronary artery bypass graft "" surgery.

eat chocolate...seriously, just a little a day. go vegetarian...veggie eaters have lower risks of getting heart attacks.
