If you are going the diet pill route, go natural.
They can be a benefit to a good diet and exercise program. There are two all natural diet pills that are safe and have no side effects. They are Cha de Bugre and Hoodia Gordonii.
Cha de Bugre, is a new weight loss supplement that is growing in popularity and is similar to Ma Huang (Ephedrine) without any of the bad effects. Cha de Bugre is from Brazil and has been used there safely for centuries. Cha de Bugre provides energy, fat burning and appetite suppression that benefit weight loss. Cha de Bugre also has additional uses that are known in Brazil that include being used as a mild diuretic, a cellulite reducer, aides in reducing herpes simplex outbreaks and a heart tonic. You can find more about it at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/cha_de_bugre.html
Hoodia Gordonii is a natural appetite suppressant derived from a South African cactus that the bushmen have eaten there for thousands of years. You need to make sure you get a strong pure hoodia that is certified to be genuine. Check out Totalink's unbiased Hoodia comparison at http://hoodiagordonii.totalink.com/hoodia_comparison.html in the "Confidence" column it will indicate if the brand is "Certified". These Hoodia brands have the credentials to back up their product. Also in that column it will indicate if the brand is "Returnable". These Hoodia brands allow you to return opened bottles and get your money back. I think this indicates that a company has confidence in their product that it works.
Keep in mind that Hoodia Gordonii alone provides appetite suppression but not fat burning. Cha de Bugre is a fat burner but not as good as hoodia with appetite suppression. There are also brands that mix Cha de Bugre with Hoodia Gordonii and other weight loss herbs like Green Tea that can increase both fat burning and appetite suppression.
I have written a lot of articles on Hoodia. Just search Yahoo or Google under my name “Andrew Aitaken” to find them.
Remember, you should always consult your physician before taking any diet pill or weight loss supplement.

For starters a good healthy diet consisting of vegtibles and fiber is the best diet. Chicken and turkey better then red meat. But a long time ago I used to sell Herbalife and there was a product there called therma something and when I did take this product for 2 and 1/2 months I lost 12 lbs and I started at 160 lbs and went down to 148 lbs. I now weigh 155 lbs. basically because that is a natural weight for me.

Well, every diet pill works, you just have to use it correctly. If you just take the pill, expecting results the next day, it will not work. You must think about other gestures compatible with the pill. Along with the pill, you must have a healthy diet, exercise at least an hour or more per day, be more positive, and check with your doctor for any reccomendations. :-D

I'm a pharmacist and trust me , none of them work as well as they claim
They claim of you take their product and follow a food plan you will lose weight but you would lose weight een of you just followed the plan with out taking the pills
the only diet pills that do work are ones that act on the central nervous system by shutting down the hunger control center in the brain
Most doctors do not recommend these because of their side effects(dry mouth , Insomnia , increase in blood pressure etc.)
And even though they work they are only effective for a few months then the effect starts to wear off little by little

i hate to say it but no diet pill is a 'good' diet pill. they are all various forms and dosages of the drug speed. they can be extreamly addicting, and are horrible for your heart, not to mention if diets such an important issue to you, a little excersice each day and eating well will prosper the same results for longer and leave you much healthier.

TrimSpa Ultra really works, it has hoodia to control your appetite, and glucosamine so you can exercise without sore joints. I used it and it works great. I lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks on it. Make sure you get the "ultra" it's specifically made for women.

After trying almost all of them, I can tell you that there aren't any as they are all the same and can damage you in the long term.
Nothing beats jogging for a fast way to burn fat and get into shape.
