Is there a web-site in the state of Texas where I may check to report an individual who possibly has "wants" and "warrants". In other words I need to verify that an individual I know is wanted in the state of Texas. Thank You. Hope I was clear on this.

No site out there for that. Contact your local police, they can check the individual out.

Why not go to the police station or do a search on the web of the persons name and the crime you think they did.

wherever you live in texas contact the local police 7 ask if they could look itup, if you know the persons name & everything they have it all in the computer systems so they should know, good luck
