I believe it depends on the region, this is how they say it in my country:
Lunch: almuerzo
Dinner: cena
Breakfast: desayuno
Dessert: postre (going along with the topic of food, I believe you meant "dessert" and not "desert", which is a place, such as the Gobi desert...)
