I have been sober for a long time but I need to know if this shows up in a test they send to a lab. The last time I used this is 7 days ago. The reason I stopped was to get this job, but I need to get back on it. Please, any help would be great.

Often, urinalysis drug testing does not include suboxone.
If you get a positive result, then talk to them...explain that you were on a prescribed medication and take a doctor's verification note with you. It might still get you the job.
My adult son takes a stimulant for ADHD...it shows up on all drug testing. He has never been denied a job after producing documentation from a doctor that he is taking the medication legally.
