Well my sweet 16 is this november and i wanna havee an amazing party but i dont just want to do the glass slipper and pumpkins i wanna make it very glam and perfect for me , dont worry im not a "my super sweet 16" person i just want it very girly and pretty but yet very CREATIVE!!!!! help me outt guys?? thanks alott

I personally don't think 16 is a big deal at all and big parties shouldn't be thrown for becoming a mid-teen. Maybe 18 or 21, but certainly not 16. I did nothing for my 16th and didn't feel any need to. It's just too rediculous.

You could do a pretty in pink theme, if you like pink. It's very girly. You could go all out in pink decorations and have a pink cake. Your dress could e a Cinderella type ball gown , but in pink instead of blue. Request that guests wear at least one pink item. Have lots of flowers.
You could also do a red carpet glam theme. You could have the red carpet, a beautiful glamorous cake, use stars as decor, have one huge star with your name on it. request that guests dress as if they were going to walk down the red carpet. Wear a beautiful gown. Hire a photographer to snap pictures of everything.
Another idea just came to my mind - how about a masquerade ball. Request guests wear a masquerade mask. Decorate with many feathers and beads, very exotic decor. This one could be fun.

Why not have a glitter theme. Get your friends to dress up in sparkly clothes. Plus make sure you have some fireworks.
