find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

You'll get lots of tips about what to eat and what not to eat, how to exercise, and so on...........so here's a suggestion of a slightly different nature---eat nothing at all between meals, and that means NOTHING!
Give yourself enough to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner, including lots of fresh fruits & raw vegetables (salads, with very, very little dressing). And be sure that you finish dinner well before 8 p.m. ("eat late, gain weight"). This is hard to do, especially if you're watching TV, so hang in there! Have some nice herb teas or other calorie-free drinks, if you've got to have something. If you can do this for several weeks, you'll be able to see some weight loss without following any particular diet at all.

At 5'2" and 115 you have no need to lose weight. Stop playing to what other people want/expect and learn to love yourself.

For one month stick to about 1200 Calories and workout out regularly. Get rid of sugar in your diet! Zero Tolerence. When working out do fast sprints at short intervals of time! Also, try not to drink alcohol for one month. You will be amazed!

I recommend eating healthier and exercising more. For instance, do a few many crunches before you go to bed every night. Instead of eating all sugar foods, try and eat foods with less sugars.

Cut ALL different beverages from your vitamin. If you wish to shed extra pounds, water is the satisfactory approach to do it. No pop, no milk, no juice, no espresso, and so forth. Only drink water whilst you are thirsty. You'll be amazed with the outcome. Good good fortune ;)
