find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Before YOU DO go to the gym drink alot of water and bring some with u too. also eeat fruits&& veggies.

Salad,without dressing
Absolute NO PEPSI,SODAS ETC.

no smokin
no alchohal, beer
EXCERSISSEE, is the most important thing in a diet u need to do this 3 or 4 days 2 times a day. for 30min-1hr.
Walking, jogging,running,swimming.
try sit ups too

Try Atkins diet...Losing weight is like a drug and you are an addict....you need FAST result like a quick fix!!!I was like you...one day i feel like going to gym...other day i didn't wanna move my bum!!!Then i took a personal trainer and told him to scream at me when ever i look lazy,or too call me on the phone when i don't show up!!!I notice by the look of his face that he thinks i am never going to survive more than five days!!!And i was on a mission to prove him wrong....Few months later i became famous in my gym as a crazy chick...after 8 months he want to train me for fitness competition!!!! i got addicted to it!i have to go to gym every day!!!

Just keep reminding your self that you want to lose weight and wont if you arent going to the gym. Remember that the more time you let lapse betwwen going the less likely you are to go again.Also remember how much you are paying for the gym.

You should try to go with a friend in that way can motivate each other. Also try dancing classes, is fun and with the music you forget you are exercising.
If exercising is to boring you can try walking fast with headphones and have fun.
