An operating system that, like OS X, gets a lot of hype, even though fewer than 15 percent of people actually use it.
I'm not saying Linux is bad; I'm just saying it isn't some magical piece of software like everyone makes it out to be.
Windows is no longer DOS-based. The last Windows operating system to be based on DOS was Windows ME. Windows nowadays is based on the NT kernel. Stop spreading false information, gt5364e!

It is a UNIX based operating system. As opposed to Windows, which is DOS based OS.
