it depends on the brand of the granola. there are many granola cereals out there that have more simple sugars per serving than the highly processed sweetened cereals

well im not sure about granola cereal w/ soy milk but if you want a healthy and tasty breakfast...
1. put a skillet on a stovetop
2. drizzle about a tblspn of olive oil in the pan after it is warm
3. crack an egg in the skillet and let cook for 1 minute on each side.
4. put on a plate.
5. ENJOY!

well just eating carbs and such...unless ur doing Alot of exercise isn't the BEST way to loose weight...I personally love drinking a high protein low carb shake in the morning...like chocolate w/ a banana in the blinder..tastes great...and its filling once you get use to only eating that for breakfast. Protein and fats take ENERGY to burn so you would be burning energy and gaining it at the same time. Works great. Also Vitamins help of corse

i think it sounds ok.. but i wld suggest Irwin Green Tea Gel Caps if u wanna go on diet.. it sounds pretty good (thou i've never and dun have the need to try it) and u wont have to starve urself.. yupx~
