On the website it says that theyd be sending out the payments march &april and I havent received mine yet. I am wondering if this is normal or if I should contact someone? & if so -who?

Contact the plaintiff's law firm. They're listed on the notices you received about your claim.

Were you a part of the class action lawsuit?

The refunds were only for people who took the refund anticipation loans during a certain time frame. You don't qualify for a refund just because H&R Block prepared your taxes.

If you were part of the lawsuit, you should have received some form of documentation from the lawyers handling the case. They would be the ones to contact.
