Define being mean. If you're talking verbal insults, I'd ignore them.

I have a problem with an 18 y.o. girl at work and she's MY boss now...I've worked there since 1990...when she was ONE YEAR OLD!!! I had to go over her head and now all the bosses know to watch out for her!!!

go to your parents or some other adult.let them know you need help and get away from the mean person
