For breakfast, I had a lowfat yogurt (110 calories) and a slice of pizza from Pizza Hut (Around 350 calories). Then for lunch, I had a lowfat cheesestick (70 calories), a handful of baby carrots, and a couple of strawberries. Then I had about 250 calories worth of lowfat ice cream, and then I had a banana.

I jumped on my trampoline for about an hour, and I went to the gym and used an eliptical for a half about, burning around 250 calories.

I'm 105 lbs and 5'1 and I need to drop 5-10 lbs for modeling. How did I do today, weight loss wise?

if you want to lose weight you need to cleen up your diet, get rid of junk food like pizza, cheesesticks and icecream. eat more complex carbs, protein, fruit and veggies.
also dont count calories burned since there is no way to know that precisely, count time doing cardio - 4-6 times a week for 30-50min combined with light weight training.
you need to eat 5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day.

You are going to go into starvation mode if you don't give your body the calories in needs to run. Right now if you lose any weight at all, it will be muscle. And if you stop this "diet" you will end up gaining a lot of weight.

You need to eat between 1400-1800 calories a day to lose weight, and to be perfectly honest you're at a perfectly fine weight. 95 pounds would make you underweight.

So once you do the math, you had about 550 (more or less) calories today?
It's not healthy, but it'll certainly help you drop weight, considering most females need about 1800 calories to maintain a healthy weight....
I wouldn't make a long-term habit out of this.

Too much dairy, hardly any veggies, and protein.
What are you drinking? You need to eat a little somethng every 3-4 hours. You need protein and green veggies.
Yogurt, cheese stick and ice cream, as well as ckeese on your pizza is way, way too much dairy.

2-3 servings of dairy, 5 fruits and/or veggies, 1 bread/rice/potatopasta/pizza crust, 2 proteins.
8 glasses of water--no sodas, no desserts, no alcohol.
Smaller portions, more often.
