I was busy. How do you know I wasn't stopping something worse from happening?

Here we go with the blame game again. Why did the killer not stop ? Why didn't he know what a horrible crime he was committing? He seemed to judge others, that were his victims, but failed to see and acknowledge what a terrible sin he was committing. If this killer knew right from wrong, he chose to go down the wrong path. He decided to go against anything decent and humane. So there we go ! A person who does not obey God's word or Commandments. Every human knows right from wrong. This killer took the wrong road. Then like a coward, killed himself. This was his brain decision, not Gods. So lay the blame, where it belongs.

1John 5:19 says "We know we originate with God, but the whole world is lying in the power of the wicked one". This means that Satan literally has total control of the earth. This is due to his challenging God's right to rule (In the garden of Eden). Matt. 4:8-10 Again the Devil took him (Jesus) along to an unusually high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory, and he said to him: "All these things I will give you if you fall down and do an act of worship to me." Then Jesus said to him: "Go away, Satan! For it is written, 'It is Jehovah your God you must worship, and it is to him alone you must render sacred service.' " Notice Jesus doesn't say "these kingdoms are not yours to give", because they were. Terrible acts like the VA Tech shootings certainly cause God pain, but, in the very near future, at his war of Armageddon, he will abyss Satan for a thousand years. Rev. 20:2,3. At that time, only righteous lovers of Jehovah along with resurrected ones will live on the earth.

If we continue to look at things with the attitude of pointing fingers and blame then we will have failed to learn. So I ask you, What have you learned from this tragic event in Virginia? I'll tell you what I have learned, we have to treat each other better, life is short and the reaper is here, whose side are you going to be on? good or evil, choose now. I have read all the answers and none is adequate, who are you going to believe?

If you're just now asking this question, you must have missed what happened to the European Jews around the time of World War II.

i hate it when ppl say because God didnt stop a tragedy he isnt real! he is so real, for example, do u know how many ppl werent at work in the twin towers on 9/11? there were so many little reasons that ppl didnt come to work. it was like thousands of ppl. yes, i think everyone heard about VA tech and we have free choice. it was the guys free choice to kill ppl not God's choice! please dont say he isnt real for something stupid like that!!

Dear Yahoo Moderators,

Can you please find out who the poster of this question is and properly deal with that account. This person's insensitivity and anonymity may be so emotionally damaging that other students from Virginia Tech may suffer further from this person.

Thank you,

Alvin R.

Where were you under a rock? God does not stop mans iniquity, these are spawned of satan in an evil world. God gives everyone the choice to choose good or evil. This person chose evil, don't lay it at God's feet. And don't belittle a tragedy with your trash.

That makes no sense. If you will pay attention, more of this stuff goes on now that people are forsaking their faith then at any time in the past so I would say---wake up everybody and start to pray. It is only going to get worse if you don't.
