I'm trying to lose weight. But I'm just wondering why I weigh less in the morning right when I wake up? After I eat small breakfast and weigh myself again, like 2 extra pounds come back right away. But when I weigh myself in the afternoon on the same day again I'm back to the weight i was in the morning when i first woke up. WHY IS THAT?

there is transepidermal water loss during sleep this is why you weigh less in the morning. you gain weight after eating as a result of the food and hydration

stop weighing yourself all the time. you only need to weigh in once a week at the same time of the day/night every week.

because you've either burned a bunch of calories or passed what you ate in the morning.

run and workout and swim. trust me you'll lose wieght by doing that and staying a way from the junk foods. also take smaller portions. don't take seconds is what i mean!

becuase you eat breakfast so it's your food and you have to wait for your body to digest it.
