Do not diet like a celebrity. It's unhealthy. Go see a nutritionist and get a membership to your local YMCA. Everyday go to the Y and exercise. Do the treadmill for a half hour to 45 minutes. Or the elliptical. Or go for a brisk walk every night. There's no way to lose a lot of wieght in a few weeks. But within a month or two you will see results if you change your diet and exercise at least 4 times a week for 45 minutes. That's not a lot. I did that and so far I've lost 25 pounds in 6 months.

Celebrities have highly paid personal trainers and dieticians to get their workouts and diet down perfect, down to a science. They also have massage therapists and other health care professionals to watch everything. They also have access to the best machines, food and everything else to get fit.
They also are in a position to dedicate 24/7 for months to get in shape. The rest of us still have jobs, school, and other obligations to tend to.
You can lose alot of weight in a few weeks, but its not going to be fat. You can lose weight in water (exercise, saunas) and you can lose weight in muscle/water/& some fat by starving yourself.
But to effectively lose actual fat you need to cut calories while exercising. Usually, on a healthy diet, an average person will lose about 2 lbs of fat a week.
3,500 calories equals one pound of fat. So if you want to lose, lets say, 25 lbs, you would need to burn off 87,500 calories. Lets say you want to burn this off within 2 months. So for 60 days, that would equal 1,458 calories a day you would have to burn. That sounds almost like starving oneself.
To put it more into perspective, imagine what a thin you would do as far as activities, exercise, and diet. What would it take to get there and stay there? What type of diet would it take, and how much exercise would it take, and how long until the goal was reached?
Once you figure that out, then you have to decide for yourself whether or not you want to go through all that work to get there. If you have it within you to do the work, then go for it!
But there isn't any magic formula to get you there in a few weeks.
Realistically, look at it more like this: If you start today, a year from now you will feel and look a whole lot closer to where you want to be, if not already reaching your goal by then.
Sound like a long ways away, like too long to wait? You want results, now, right? Well being thin and healthy takes alot of work for most people. You have to decide if you have it within you to do what it takes to get there.
If you had started one year ago today, where would you be right now, health-wise?
If you don't start soon, you can be asking yourself that question a year from now, and you will be feeling the same way as you do today.
So don't look for the quick fix, because your just going to be disappointed, since there is none.
Instead, be realistic and approach it in the way I said, and although it may take some time and LOTS of effort, this time next year and from then on you will never feel like you do today!!!

Exercise and Diet
Honestly that's how they do it
but they have it easier because they can hire a chef and a personal trainer to be at their whim. Nevertheless it can be done. You just make diet perfect and exercise when you can. Like now GO FOR A RUN! no excuses, don't care rain hail shine... you'd go out there if you really cared about making yourself healthy, don't delude yourself that you can surf the net and find an answer.

Celebs have their own chefs and personal trainers. You can't have rapid weight loss without cutting off limbs lol. If you are overweight, (which I seriously doubt you are, just one of these girls on here that weigh 125....)anyways, it takes time to lose the extra weight. You didn't put all the weight on in a few weeks, so don't expect to take it off in a few weeks. God Bless

well, most celebs do one of 3 things:
1. Get a personal trainer (takes more than a couple of weeks)
2. starve themselves (don't become Anorexic please!!!!)
3. throw up... a lot (this makes you bullemic, and makes your intestines completely deteriorate)
4. Excorcize for 3 hrs. before their day begins (this can make you a different type of bullemic... just as bad)
I really hope you don't use 2,3,or,4! That's called stupidity!
