definately green tea...it raises the metabolism and helps u burn fat if u drink it 2-3 times a day. There's not really any medical proof that any kind of food burns fat, so the closest would be green tea...been drinking that for a few years now, and i lose weight quite easily when i team that with some exercise. Drinking very cold drinks forces your body to generate more heat therefore burns a few more calories. Eating carbs and protiens together is a mistake coz different enzyjmes are used to digest em, Apparently onions are good for burning fat too and apples help your body to purge toxins.

Fruits, veggies, granola bars, slim fast anything (but it works very slowly), fiber powders, water, lean cuisines, healthy choice (personal favorite LoL), yogurt, milk (makes your waist get extra small with about 2 weeks of exercise).....hope I've helped you some sweetie :)

yes there is pinneapple helps break down your food its an enzyme, so is grapefuit it helps break down your waste, cantalope is just like pinneapple, and any dark green leafy veggie such as greens(spinach,collards,kell) will help breakdown your waste
