I'm thinking about how nice it will be when this guy calls me tonight. I'm not used to guys actually calling when they say they will, and he does--it's so novel and lovely.

You're right, this is better than some stuff that people do when they are depressed. Especially if you get a bunch of nice answers that distract you amiably.

You should fly a kite sometime, too. It helps to distract me for awhile when I'm having a depressive episode. (No, it doesn't make me all giddy forever--it just helps for a time.)

I wonder about the average intelegence of the poster in this place, and why do they think random people on the net know more about their problems then a friend would.

I usually go for a walk or something, anything to take my mind off it. Then while im walking I work out why im being depressed, what is causing it and what I can do about fixing it. That way i exercise my mind and body :).

Find something that works for you, dont sit at home and wallow in it

Im thinking about alot that Im not even really sure where to start.... Im thinking about My nan who is dying of lukemia and what its going to be like when I go see her and how hard it is. Then Im thinking of my uncle who killed himself almost a year and half ago. Then Im thinking of mothers day. then Im wondering about my bf. I think thats about it!!!!!!

was making fun of me because my dad died and i left the room crying because it really upset me.
