Peace - communion with God (not necessarily the bread and water on Sundays, but that too) When I feel my soul connecting with God, usually through prayer, but sometimes, it's when I'm answering a question and get reflective and it's like I'm in the presence of the most soul-satisfying peace ever.
Joy - I find my joy in doing things that can and/or have brought me peace.

What brings my soul peace? My pets do.
Where do I find joy? Joy is elusive. I have been happy but I have not experienced real joy since the day my son was born. I will never forget the first time I held him. Too bad kids don't stay sweet.

When I ' quiet myself ' and simply ' go within ' and experience the Truth, the Pureness of the Light. When doing that the material and physical events of the world fade..thus I feel peaceful. It's during those moments that I feel most natural.
Where do I find joy? In smiles, including my own...My children...Taking notice of lifes simplistic gifts as the ocean, nature, activities of bees, songs of birds, living in faith and basking in the Light.

what brings me peace, is Music, i find joy in it to. but not just anymusic, I listen to worship music. and there is this one band and the lead singer just pours out her heart to God, it is like a prayer or a conversation. her lyrics go so smoothly and they tell a story of her life or anothers. she has one song about mistakes ans she is so caught up in hers she doesnt know what to do, she ends the song singing, in all these twisted thoughts i see Jesus there inbetween , it is so beautiful it puts me to sleep everynight. i cant sleep without it lol. i find my joy and peace in God, lyrics and music.

i find peace in the rituals of my chosen religion. in the meditation and fasting of the many spiritual quests that i go on.
my joy in life, i find in living my life. and doing things that cause the adrenaline to rush. drag racing/Paintball, extreme skiing. etc.
