on an average day, i'll eat somthin like:
bowl of cereal
100 calorie pack of doritos
cookie
sandwich
granola bar
fruit cup
+ lots of vegi juice.
do u eat like this?is this 2 much?what all do u eat daily?please help

eat cleaner - more fresh, unprocessed foods like fruit and veggies, meat (grilled, boiled, steemed etc), complex carbs (whole wheat, whole grain, old fashioned oatmeal etc)
cut the doritos, cookies, granola bars and juices - its better to eat calories than to drink them.

I think you should eat more vegetables and more substance. Have rice or something like that. An actual meal. If you have cereal for breakfast and a sandwich for lunch, what are you eating for dinner?

Healthy snacking throughout the day is healthy, so you are definitely not eating too much.

i have a bowl of cereal for breakfast, fruit and yogurt or a bologna sandwich for lunch and grilled chicken or fish with rice and vegi's if for snacks i have pretzels, granola bars, and friut
