Are there any other ladies on here who are happy to be single?
I feel that there are so many single women out here crying and complaining that they're single and I'm very happy with it. I mean I do want someone someday...but I'm content. Anyone else tired of their friends always whining??? I mean it's like women feel that their lives and their happiness are based on if they have a man or not....do y'all feel me?

I just wanna thank all the beautiful ladies that have been writing...y'all rock! It's so refreshing to see there are other women out there like myself! We rock ladies!

Yes i feel exactly what you feel! Im pretty okay with me being single, but of course i still would want to have a guy too. Im not desparate for one though. Im constantly pressured by my friends talking about guys and their bfs and i get so sick of it. Its like all they think is guys ONLY. Im tired of hearing complaints about guys too. I wish women can just be independent for a bit and take their minds off of guys sometimes. Im not like my friends, who are the guy freaks, because i dont feel that guys are the only things that complete my life. Im content being single because im free from stress of relationships and i have so much more freedom for myself. I dont want to be all those depressed girls crying just because they cant find a man. But if a good guy comes across me, ill give him a chance. I just dont want to chase the guys and go into bad relationships. I wont throw myself for guys just for the sake of having a bf, i want to be with a guy who's worthy of my time.

YEAH!!! Big time. Sometimes I feel like the freak because I am so flipping happy being single and not even dating. I get to do what ever I want, whenever I want, don't have to check with someone else about anything before I decide to take off or whatever. I need no man in my life to make me feel complete. But then I have 2 grown daughters who love me and are amazing young women. And it seems that the more happy I am with being single, the more guys pop up wanting to date. That's the only draw-back, making the definition of friendship clear.

I feel the same way. I was happy to be single, all i was hearing was the whinning from the friends who had bf's. I was like ooo yeah glad i don't have that. I still flirted and had my fun but when i felt drama coming along i let it go. I mean u're right one day u'll find someone and i think i might have a lready but i was in too many bad relationships i was relieved to be single. I think of what u want more when u're single and u have time for urself. enjoy it

I agree totally! Im single and actually happy. I feel free to be who i be and I don't feel like I have to worry about my relationships. Im really tired of how my friends are always coming up to me going "Ive finally found that guy! He makes me soooooo happy! I mean when he hugs me I feel special" then like maybe about three weeks later there back at my feet crying about how mean they treated her. After about a week there back saying they've found that guy. I get tired of it but im always there for them since there my best friends. I love them and i know there annoying but i know when ever im not on my feet they will help me back up. Im just glad im not the only one who feels this way.

Girlfriend am with you all the way, I mean come on married people crying and suffering so much, we have it good.

But I feel ya sister, of course men are needed for somethings, but it doesn't mean you have tot have them around all the time pleeease how pathetic.

Personally, I'm married. But I have a stack of friends who are female and glad to be unattached.

There's a great song called Single, I think by Natasha Beddingfeld. It describes how I felt before I met somebody, and how they feel now.

I totally feel ya. Never been married. Never wanted to. Never wanted children. Zucca is my only child. Many a boyfriend but no wow factor.

People are too much of a disappointment. My friends are either all divorced or on their 2nd or 3rd marriage.

i was happy to be single, when i was, i been with my bf for about 7 yrs now i happy too, but yes sometimes i feel like being single again.

I am in love with this man. But I feel like he don't feel the same, so it feel like I am single. I believe if you fush into something it want work. I also believe you should take your time in chooseing your soul make.
