In a way, the first reply you received on this question is correct.
You yourself should already know that a relationship with God comes from within. Knowing this you must realize that, getting those that do not believe can not be achieved by words, but,by being an example by living your life as you feel is being true to your heart and God, is the way that we were taught by Christ to be. Never force your beliefs upon another.Everyone has free will and choice. Just live and Love all for where they are at on the finding their connection to God. :):):)

It's a threat. An amazing number of people build their self-image into their belief systems. Faced with someone challenging their beliefs, even by presenting an alternative, they feel attacked and attack in return (even if no attack was made).

It's rather silly and needy.

I'm not a Christian. Tired of the nonsense they put up with in here (or that other people do as well, though disagreements and dissent are fine).

I stand up against those who call names, are bigotted (all Christians are....), etc. We have enough to argue about (thank ...God... we can) without adding juvenile nonsense like that.

What you don't seem to realize is that your deity belongs to another religion and non-believers in christianity may not wish to partake of that. Any way you look at it it is still an introduction into christianity because you want them to have a relationship with the christian deity.
