I have been having a mildly painful cramp around the area just above my hips and near the end of my torso....it throbs when I do movements like sneeze, stretch, bend, etc. I don't know if it's my appendix.
Should I worry about the cramp?
Should I see a doctor?

You should either look it up on webmd or go to the doctor. I had a similar pain recently that lasted a few days. It turns out it was a pulled muscle and there really wasn't anything I could do about it. With an appendix problem, there is a 'spring back' feeling. Lie down on your back and press on the painful area. If pressing on it feels better, but it hurts more when you release it, that can sometimes be related to appendix problems. However, appendicitis also may cause severe nausea and vomiting. You may have a pain for a while, then it will go away and return a few days later with a fever. If you develop a fever along with your other symptoms, you should definitely call a doctor.

Every girl is distinctive on that. I had cramps with my first little one for approximately per week throughout the primary month and did not get the morning ailment till the 3rd month. With my moment, I felt not anything however sore breasts for the primary four months after which puked the final five.

if it's on the right side it could be the appendix. It could also be a congested intestinal system. It's better to be safe than sorry and I would recommend you see your medical doctor. There could be so many different reasons for this cramp.

It sounds like it could be a pulled muscle or possibly a hernia. Appendicitis would cause you to hurt constantly and get more intense, you may have fever, nausea and vomitting.

I would get it checked by a doc.

Hope you feel better soon!!
