1) Ho fun. Those rice noodles that are flat and a centimetre wide. With Shrimp and black bean sauce.mmmm
2) A really mayonnaissy but NOT eggy, alaska role. The salmon needs be kind of dry so it doesn't get funky next to all the mayo.
3) Anchovies...mmmm salty goodness. I can't believe I let cartoons and sitcoms rob me of this joy for most of my childhood. They're all liars.
4) Arroz *****. It's a yummerific type of seafood only paella that is coloured with squid ink. Don't eat it on a date.
5)Mom's miso stew. (not soup) lots of cabbage, and tofu. mmm
mmmmm... coming in as close runners up: ackee and saltfish, green curry (coconutty goodness), Alice Fazooli's tiramisu. (yes it's a chain but their tiramisu is awesome and i've tried LOADS)
