One person is a family? Cool!
Anyway, there is no indication that person who is into drugs necessarily doesn't know Christ. I know a number of Christian addicts.
Many Christians like to believe that drug use or alcohol use are a sign that one is not a Christian. They forget that addiction is a disease. It is a result of a body not responding as most do to these particular substances. They judge disease on a moral basis.
Would you ever say "My cousin has diabetes ... how can I lead him to Christ"?
Just as diabetes is a disease that requires treatment, so does addiction. Indeed, diabetes can be caused by an addiction to sugar. Do you judge these people equally to other addictions? Not likely. You probably think that drug use is less moral.
Indeed, those who abuse drugs or alcohol are very sick people in need of treatment. For the most part, church alone will not bring relief of this illness. Addicts require treatment. They require a treatment that will not be found in a church pew.
If you wish to help your relative, get them to NA or some other program where experts in the disease will be found. Christ may be able to heal some, but he doesn't heal all. I know a number of amputees and people with spinal cord injuries who haven't been healed. Is this because they lack faith? I know a number of Christian diabetics. Do they lack faith as well?
Let experts deal with the disease of addiction.

the ten commandments scene in the bible is exactly like a common average psylocibin mushroom vacation. If I had to take a guess, i ought to say that many of the significant religions of the international were inspired heavily by mushrooms. you've a good experience of love once you're on mushrooms, this sense ought to honestly be incorrect for the presence of a larger being or beings. the in hassle-free words drugs i have taken are weed and psychedelic drugs, and they have in hassle-free words better my interest in technology and philosophy. it really is opened me as a lot because the assumption of a metaphorical "god" it really is the universe, yet pushed me further faraway from the assumption of a non secular god. to boot, i have experienced a lot crazier issues than seeing a god in the sky even as on psychedelics. for sure, do no longer ignore that a responsible individual doping up isn't like a baby doping up.

not 100% sure. I guess you may have to make them realize that they need Jesus, but of course this isn't easy. take it slow, cuz drugs affect the mind. don't be pushy, but pray continually. Make them think, if they can, about whether or not God is desirable and refute any myths they may believe if they ask.
as for the physical addiction, if they wanna get off, recommend them to a rehab or give them a substitute like Nicorette or something. if they don't want Christ and they want drugs, it isn't your job to make up their mind, so just let them be, but pray.
hope that helps!

My sister came off her prescription drug addiction by replacing it with religion addiction and going from church to church on Sundays to take communion trying to get as many communion wafers inside her as possible without the priests knowing what she was up to...it's not a solution it's just a replacement, these people can turn anything into an unhealthy addiction because they are ill, more is always better to them, they need medical help, support and counselling and they also need to get themselves firmly grounded in reality, they do not require more uncertainty in the form of religious smoke and mirrors to confuse them.

your brhaviour will leads him to christ,
in my opinion u should help him to stop drugs, this can be through ,beeing his friend , talk with him about his problems ,make him feel that he is important ,make him love himself , and be always there for him.
this way may be he will like ur personality or like ur talk ,he will get closer to u ,then u can lead him to christ ,this is only he wants that ,or asks u about ur knowledge or something like that , else leave him decide for him self ,and dont worry ,if christ wants him to c his way he will c it
good luck

Pursuade him to get medical help first. It may be hard to lead him to a CONSCIOUS decision to follow Jesus Christ if this person is on drugs.

if they don't believe in christ, leave them alone. They have their own beliefs, If you are worried about the drugs, deal with that separately. Depending on what type and why they use it, it may or may not really be a problem.

Lots of prayer, and lots of talking to him... lots of patience. I had a similar issue...
Maybe try to find Jeremy Camp's testimony... because he was in that situation. He was led to Christ by his late wife (I believe) when he was 17... pulled from the fire and wreckage of drug use.
The lead singer of Day of Fire is a former heroin addict... i believe his testimony is on www.wikipedia.org under "day of fire (band)"...
Good luck. I'll pray for you.
