There are alot of upgrades on a limited. I have a computer that gives temp,direction and MPG. Some really nice aluminum cast wheels and all power accesories. Heated Mirrors and front seats are heated, auto dimmer and the list goes on. If you like that kind of stuff get it, if you don't, don't. They both have the same drive train.

Ditto Bill's answer. Ya might find little differences between the 2. details like bulb size for various marker, interior, etc. Wiper blade refills. The biggie is the features/options, and the fact that the decals say "limited". Makes people ooh, and aah, and pay more money. Sales gimmic mostly.

Different standard options that are available. For example my 96 grand cherokee limited came standard with leather 10 way power seats with memory system, and infinity gold stereo system.
