Yes. If a human or animal is bit by a rabies-infested animal, they have a high chance of getting it. If you think you've got it, you have to get immediate help, I do believe it's horribly fatal and deadly...

Most certainly yes! That's why humans get shots at hospitals and such whenever they're bitten by rabid animals or wolves, etc.

YES, YOU CATCH RABIES FROM WILD AND DOMESTIC ANIMALS. YOU CAN CATCH IT FROM THEIR SALIVA IF IT GETS IN CONTACT WITH YOUR BLOOD OR IF BITTEN BY A ANIMAL WITH RABIES. USUALLY IF THE ANIMAL THAT YOU CAME IN CONTACT WITH WILL USUALLY BE TESTED FOR RABIES TO SEE IF YOU NEED TO BE TESTED, IF THE ANIMAL CANT BE FOUND THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO GET THE TEST AND IT IS EXTREMELY PAINFUL.

i am no expert, but if a rabid animal bites you, you will experience horrible pain and die without treatment. your best bet is to carry a revolver with silver bullets in it, and shoot every animal that you think is rabid. the silver bullets will break the evil gypsy spell...
