I am 13 and I go outside everyday and i enjoy gym and physical activity I really want to lose weight and i usally eat fruits and if I eat chips they are baked. But i heard that people with asthma have a hard time losing weight but mine is under control please HELP oh and i weigh 146 pounds (not really fat)

ive answered this queston so may times. okay what you do is run more do more excerises go on a diet like a vegiterian diet wich is when you only eat fruits and veggie you dont really eat less but you eat a lot of healtht food. and DONT go on a starvation diet becouse its bad for you it drains you protiens and nutrions and the first time you eat after the starvation diet youll gain tripple! so have fun and jus play outside wit friends good luck let me now if i helped you! good luck!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

hi dear, u can eat 2 times a day oatmeal quaker with a 2% milk, pour the milk in a pot add salt a pinch and slenda sugar as u dessire. mix milk sugar & salt together the add oats little by little until u see its like a puuding then serve. just drink water this help too. don't drink nothing else but water. carefull some fruit are high in fructose like banana, orange, etc just eat the half of this. good luck

You sound pretty healthy! I'm about your weight and 5'5 and 1/2. You should take a walk everyday. They really help me! I have lost about 3 pounds this week by eating healthily and keeping active by walking about 1 mile and 1/6 everyday. Good luck and stay healthy!

dont worry about weight your still growing its just going to hurt you. Just excercise and dont eat to much.
