I have been through the exact same nightmare as you with medical doctors. My left hip had the same problem and they never could figure it out. I did. The joint and the muscles are overused. I received a cortisone injection into that area and got enormous relief, but it did not last for ever. What I have to do is have massage therapy on a regular basis. A good therapist can work out the knots that form on the muscles and tight nerves.

If you have access to a Jacuzzi Try to use it every day. That's really going to help you. if not apply the heating pad or hot water bottle to the hip for twenty minutes every day.

I highly recommend massage therapy.

See your doctor as quickly as feasible (orthopedic). Or hip expert. A flexion contracture is a traditional effect of the hip trouble. This signifies that movement of the hip joint has been in part misplaced. The hip turns into in part constant in a quite bent function. When you're strolling or status, the pelvis tilts ahead; and while you stand immediately, the again has to twist a little bit extra. This throws additional pressure at the scale back again. The higher finish of the femur (thighbone) has massive bony bumps (trochanters) wherein robust muscular tissues connect, then a brief neck, and ultimately a round head that varieties the outer part of the hip joint. Most hip fractures arise slightly under the round head (femoral neck or subcapital hip fractures) or by way of the trochanters (intertrochanteric hip fractures). Femoral neck hip fractures are in particular complicated seeing that the fracture most often disrupts the blood give to the femoral head, which varieties the hip joint. Without a well blood give, the bone can't heal and ultimately collapses and dies. Intertrochanteric hip fractions have a tendency to create massive damaged bone surfaces that intent interior bleeding. See your general practitioner. I desire this is helping you. And well success.

I went to the doctors for the same thing but on my right side they did an MRI just like you but they did not see anything they gave me some meds but it barely helped. I went to a different doctor and they found a very small bump on my bone so when I did anything it would rub against my tissues and cause intense pain it turns out I had bone cancer get it checked out
