i need some help with this war
a- Can anybody be a sniper during the war?
b- Are the sniper considered common people?

Back then they weren't referred to as snipers, they were called marksmen. They were regular soldiers who were just bloody good shots and made use of the talent by killing officers, thus creating confusion in the ranks.

We called that the emergency, and anyone who could shoot well was welcome.but we didn't have snipers as such.
