A person will reflect their surroundings.

A stress-filled house with put-downs and cursing and accusations will fill you with stress

A house filled with happy people who laugh and joke and sing will be light-hearted and you will be more light-hearted and low stressed too.

In a house where there is suspicion and dishonesty - you will reflect anger and fear.

In a house where honesty and truthfulness are the norm, you will be more likely to emit goodwill in your thoughts and speech.

wow that first response is very very well put. your surroundings do affect the type of person you are and the image you convey.

just remember the saying that "you cannot soar like an eagle if you are amongst the turkeys" ...

if you are not happy with where you are living, you need to make the initiative and find another place - there are plenty of places to live. if you are not happy, you owe it to yourself to make a positive change in your life - noone else will.
