please dont feel that you have to lose weight. The normal weight for an 11 yr. old is well over 90 pounds. you will look very unhealthy, to others if you lose the weight. you probably are beautiful right now. If you feel you arent, try and get involved in an activity or a sport. Something even as simple as reading a book. This will make you happier about who you are.

dude- OK what you have to do is run, run, run! Do sit ups every night but that will not change your stomache you have to do cardio. Also, lift weights. Drink a lot of water and don't eat fatty foods. If you get salad at your school eat it. If you can't and it is always like chicken nuggets or whatever bring your lunch. Cut down on sweets and eat off the food pyramid. Remember, muscle weighs more than fat but you will appear thinner and a lot healthier if you are healthy. Also- BE HAPPY WITH YOURSELF! Everybody is gorgeous! I hope I helped! Good luck!

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Run, jump, swim, climb, hike, play ball and avoid too much sugar and fat. A little is good too much can hurt. I don't know how tall you are but 90 does not sound to large.

at 11, try the gym
you may have to go with your parents
try cardinal fitness if you have one
they gave me a free pass
you need your parents there until you are 12
