Yes... because I'm Buddhist and it makes logical sense to me.

Yes, what is the difference between animate and inanimate matter? Electricity. Where does electricity go? It bounces around. I have worked in hospice and at nursing homes and have been with people when they die. The only difference between a live body and a dead one is heat, electricity. It simply moves on to a new place, reincarnation.
Maybe I have done too much LSD and psilocybin, but, I am completely convinced reincarnation is real.

I believe that reincarnation is the best explanation for why we are all born into such vast sets of circumstances and why "bad things happen to good people". I believe we make poor decisions and create karma that must be paid, and one lifetime is not enough to pay the debt. I believe that one lifetime is not enough for one to purify themselves sufficiently to enter the kingdom of heaven. I believe God loves his creations enough to allow all souls to eventually find their way back home by continuing to reincarnate back to the physical plane until all lessons have been learned and we are ready to return home.

No.
Hebrews 9:27 "And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment, 28 so Christ was offered once to bear the sins of many. To those who eagerly wait for Him He will appear a second time, apart form sin, for salvation."

No. I do not believe in re-incarnation. I believe in the bible. The bible states that after this life we will return to God. That, to me says that we were with Him before this life, and so will return to Him after this one. Re-incarnation does not make sense that way. I cannot ever imagine being anything but a human. How would we progress? To me the whole meaning of life is to use our free agancy to learn to live happily. We are happiest when we progress.

There are more people alive today than have ever died in the history of the world. So if reincarnation does exist it would have to include lower forms of life.

I don't know. I don't have enough information to make an informed decision.
I know that the Eastern religions believe in it, and it's also in the bible - it says that John the Baptist was Elijah. (Matthew 17)

No, for the Bible which is the inspired word of GOD says that we are not of a spirit world nor shall we speak to spirits as they are the work of the devil. We are born or given a gift into life, then we die or fall assleep in our graves till CHRIST comes again to raise us up to our glory with HIM.
