They ran a search on me and since i had no warrants or anything i was let go, So i was wondering will the undercovers make note of this and put it on some private police record? and if they do is this information available to immigration even though i wasn't arrested or anything? thanks.

It is possible they put in an internal police report about, but I really doubt it. These reports are not sent to immigration.
