How do I get my brother to stop bugging with me?

My little brother always pick on me. He steals my cell phone and call my friends and said the most horrible things about me. He always steals my diary, he keeps putting whooping cushion under my chair. Then he throws water balloon at me, when I kick him, then he cries and blamed it on me, I got into huge trouble. So everytime when I'm asleep he put his underwear on my face. He makes my life miserable, my mom don't believe me. How do I get my brother to stop bugging with me? I'm 14 and he is 10.

He's 10! He's your little brother...annoying you is the greatest entertainment he has available to him. Actually, your brother LOVES you and is just trying to get your attention. If he can't get any positive attention, then he will settle for negative attention.

I doubt that your mother doesn't believe you when you tell her what your brother does to you. Does your mother have any brothers (or sisters?)? Then she knows what's really going on.

I had three brothers growing up (2 older, 1 younger) and they were all just like your brother. I hated them when I was your age and now we are really good friends. I know that doesn't help you much now.

have some of your girlfriends over and do things back to him. You and your friends should throw water balloons at him but you and your girlfriends take all the water ballons but have some girls behind him too so if it does not pop the first time you will be able to get the ballooons back. Also you and your girlfriends should put the whooping cushion on the chair and then put him on the chair and tie him to the chair and then you can all tell him that he stinks.
