Does it exist in your opinion?

Yes, to me that's the truth and always has been, once we shake of the ignorance of being God's true children and realize this.

How can people say ignorance is bliss?

Ignorance is hell, knowledge is bliss.

Here is what God says:

"What shall we conclude then? Are we any better? Not at all! We have already made the charge that Jews and Gentiles alike are all under sin. As it is written:
"There is no one righteous, not even one;
there is no one who understands,
no one who seeks God.
All have turned away,
they have together become worthless;
there is no one who does good,
not even one."
"Their throats are open graves;
their tongues practice deceit."
"The poison of vipers is on their lips."
"Their mouths are full of cursing and bitterness."
"Their feet are swift to shed blood;
ruin and misery mark their ways,
and the way of peace they do not know."
"There is no fear of God before their eyes."
Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, so that every mouth may be silenced and the whole world held accountable to God."
Romans 3:9-19

That is why Jesus said: "You must be born again."

People are inherently evil. Take away all religion, and law then what do you think would happen. Can you imagine a child that was never taught any control or limits.

I believe almost all people are inherently good, and I trust them to live up to their personal potential. Over my lifetime, I have come across very few evil people, and most likely the circumstances of their own lives made them that way. I always choose to trust in the goodness of people instead of look for their faults. For me,, that is a more peaceful, more positive way of thinking and it quides me through life.

Our inherent good is a myth. We are born selfish. Even the most magnanimous have selfish motives while doing good. Sorry, but we are sinful to our very core.

For most people, yes. For about 4% of the population (sociopaths) - no.

It's illogical... it would mean you would have to be "good" at all times, no matter what... nobody's inherently anything.
