how many calories should i consume if i want to be 115 lbs because right now i am about 130? i do exersize. i mostly run about 2 miles every day and do ab tightening moves. thanks.=)

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

If you run 2 miles a day, you'll need a few more calories than other people to give you enough everygy to survive the day. A good recommendation is 1800 a day, but that's average. It could be more or less for you. If you go to mypyramid.gov, they have a tracker program that calculates how much calories you take in every day, and how much you burn with exercise, and you can watch your progress every day with averages and stuff. I'm addicted to it lolz!
