i'm going to springfield, IL for our class trip and i live in chicago. we're leavin earrrllyyyy in the mornin and i want to figure out a way to get 2 Rockstars in to a plastic bottle (cant have pop cans) without them losing carbonation in a few hours. i was thinkin just pouring it and closing the top would work good, but any advice would help.

Just dump 'em into an empty plastic pop bottle and screw the top back on.

The only real sure-fire ways? 1) Don't open them, and 2) don't shake them. A short term fix? Keep 'em REAL cold (near freezing, but not frozen.)

As stated above, keeping them cool will prolong its 'life'. Once the pressure is relieved (can or bottle is opened), the beverage starts to go flat.

keeping the liquid cold will do the best job. co2 diffuses out more easily in warmer temperatures. also, i recommend drinking moster instead. it has a nice looking can =)
